Refund and Returns Policy


We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, which is why we want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts for 14 days. If it’s been more than 14 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, as well as intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Kindly refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are specific situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as books with obvious signs of use, opened CDs, DVDs, or vinyl records, items not in their original condition, or returned more than 14 days after delivery.


Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at and return your item to the address provided on the package.


If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to the return address indicated on the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
